I have the worst
habit in the world that everyone must have at one time or
another--procrastination... Sorry for those who have kept track on my website before they finally gave up to check to see if there're any updates, I certainly didn't forget you nice pals out there. Mexican recipes
provided by Andy
*Guacamole sauce*
2 avocadoes, 1 onion (chopped), 4-5 cloves of garlic (minced), lemon juice --> mix them together! (what else?)
*Salsa sauce* see a picture
10-15 tomatoes, 2 onions, 4-5 cloves of garlic (minced), lemon juice, hot chili pepper (finely chopped) --> mix them!
*the filling for tacos*
ground meat (beef) and taco seasoning package --> fry them together until the meat are cooked
Wrap the meat with tortillas, together with chopped chili pepper and tomatoes, bean paste, lettuce and cheese --> voila! picture
Moroccan recipe provided by Gwen
couscous, lemon juice, soft cheese (chopped), tomatoes (roughly chopped), cucumbers (chopped), and most importantly, mint leaves (minced) --> mix together!
Salad (provided by Julka)
(A) lettuce leaves, sweet corn, carrots, cheese, tomatoes, paprika --> mixed together
(B) chopped onion and zucchini --> fried together
(C) boiled eggs --> sliced
(D) canned tuna fish
mix (A) and (B), and then put on top of the plates (C) and (D)
*the dressing*
grounded basil leaves, French yellow mustard and olive oil
Spanish omelet
potatoes chopped into small pieces, fry with onions until quite cooked, add eggs and then roll it up --> voila!
Austrian meal (provided by Karin)
put the special kind of pre-cooked pasta, a lot of cheese and onions--> onto the plate & into the oven --> voila!
Bavarian Bratwurst mit Sauerkraut (provided by Katrin
and Gwen)
Bratwurst from Nurnberg (fried), serve with mashed potato, bread, yellow mustard and Sauerkraut
Iranian salad (very, very simple but delicious)
A) Ingredients: (big, red) tomato, onion, cucumber >> into small pieces
B) Dressing: olive oil, fresh lime/lemon juice, minced garlic, minced mint leave (I used basil leaves instead), black pepper, salt
mix (A) with (B), better serve cold --> voila!!

Tiramisu (powered by Yi-Tsu and her Italian friend)
(A) Mascarpone cheese (4 boxes)
(B) 5 eggs --> separate the yolk, keep stirring the egg white for 5 minutes
(C) Leibniz biscuits --> break into smaller pieces, soaked in warm Espresso coffee
(D) cocoa powder
Mix (A) with sugar and the yolk properly, gradually add in the egg white, until the mixture turns fluid.
Pour the mixture into containers, (one layer of the mixture with one layer of coffee-soaked biscuits)
Put them in the fridge for at least 5 hours.
Before serving, put on top some cocoa powder (preferably bitter and pure)
Voila!
(A) chicken breast --> boiled in hot water till fully cooked, and then tear with hand into small pieces
(B) rice (cooked)
(C) the sauce (soy sauce, water and sugar) --> microwave for 1 Min. and then add in fried onion pieces
Eat the rice with the chicken and the sauce.
(A) 棒棒腿-->一支剁成兩至三塊,視大小而定-->放在電鍋內蒸熟
(B) 青蔥、紅辣椒、老薑-->切細絲備用
將蒸雞肉溢出的湯汁倒進油鍋中,與(B)的材料混合,添加少許水及沙拉油,將其淋在裝盤的雞肉之上
(A) chicken legs
(B) potatoes-->peel, chop into medium-sized pieces
1) put the potato pieces on the baking pan, and then the chicken.
2) mix with oregano, fresh lemon juice and olive oil
3) bake in the oven for ca. 30 minutes
(A) cucumbers, tomatoes (big ones), purple onions-->cut into chunks
(B) Feta cheese-->a large piece
(C) romaine, garlic, olive oil and red vinegar
1) mix minced romaine with garlic
2) mix (A) with (C), and serve with the feta cheese on top
日式起士蛋糕 (Sponsered by 彤凌)
Souffle Cheese Cake (in English)
(18cm直徑圓型一個)
A: 無鹽奶油80g、幼砂糖30g
B: Cream Cheese 250g、蛋黃3個、鮮奶油150cc、檸檬汁半個份、香草精數滴
C: 蛋白3個、幼砂糖40g
D: 低筋麵粉60g
做法: 首先預熱烤箱160C.
(1) 將軟化了的起司用打蛋器打至cream狀
(2) 另一大碗中, 置A的奶油, 攪打至cream狀,加砂糖, 攪打至呈白色和十分鬆發.
(3) (1) 與 (2) 混合, 攪拌均勻, 一起攪打.
(4) 之後, 將蛋黃逐個加入, 拌勻。跟著加入鮮奶油, 檸檬汁和香草精.
(5) 另一個大碗中, 置C的蛋白, 攪打, 逐少加入砂糖, 打至有小山(軟性發泡)出現.
(6) 將(5)的一半加入(4)中, 然後逐少加入篩好的麵粉, 之後再加入剩餘的蛋白. 小心拌勻.
(7) 放入糕盤中. (糕盤中先鋪好烤箱紙)
(8) 放在一有熱水的餅盤上, 一起放入烤箱 (160C) 烤約1小時.

Chicken with blue cheese sauce
and rice (provided by Julka)
(A) chicken chest --> chop into small pieces, fry until it turns a bit brown
(B) rice (cooked)
(C) champion-->chop into small pieces
(D) cream, creme-fraische, some milk
(E) blue cheese
1) fry (C) first, and then add (D) and (E), add some salt, oregano, black pepper or basil freely
2) add (A)
3) serve with rice
鮪魚蛋冷麵 (宜慈提供) Pasta salad with tuna fish and eggs
(A) Spaghetti-->cooked, and cooled down with cold water
(B) lettuce-->torn into small pieces
(C) hard-boiled eggs-->sliced
(D) mixture for salad dressing
(E) corn, canned tuna
1) mix (A), (B), (D) and (E), and serve with (C) on top
(A) a whole fish (sea-bass or perch)
(B) coriander, celery, chili pepper, lemongrass, garlic
(C) lemon juice, fish sauce, water, sugar
1) steam the fish until it's nicely done
2) chop up all the ingredients in (B) into tiny pieces, better with a blender!
3) heat up (C) and gradually add in (B)-->the sauce
4) serve with the sauce on the fish

(A) 牛絞肉 ground beef
(B) 洋蔥、蕃茄、青椒、馬鈴薯、綠色辣椒切丁
onions, tomatoes, paprika, green chili pepper and potatoes
1) 先煮(B),到馬鈴薯變軟,再加入(A),直到牛肉熟透為止,
適時添加黑胡椒、鹽及辣椒粉
cook (B), wait until potatoes are cooked, than mix with beef, and cook until it's done
2) 搭配米飯、馬鈴薯或是tortillas; serve with rice, potato or tortillas
